What if I want to register
through the mail?
This form is offered to you as an option for
registration. The American Baptist Churches of the Great Rivers Region will
continue to distribute by USPS and through web downloads the camping
registration form so that those who prefer mailing their registration can do
so.
To register through the mail, simply download
and print out our 2008 registration form and mail it with any payment to:

Or, if you prefer, you may fax your registration to (217) 726-7566 with the
attention marked to the Camp Administrative Coordinator.

What other paperwork will I
need to fill out?
After registration is received, camper will
receive a health form to be brought to camp during registration and a letter
from the Camp Director and Camp Curriculum Coordinator.

How do I make payments towards
my balance?
If you do not belong to a GRR/ABC church or a
part of a group registering from a GRR/ABC church, the FULL AMOUNT of a
camper's registration must be sent with the registration form. In the case
of online registration, please pay online. If you would rather send a
check, that check must be received by the registrar within 4 days of
submitting your online registration.

What forms of payment do you
take?
We take cash, check, American Express, Master
Card, and Visa Credit Cards.

What if my church is paying a
portion of the tuition?
If there is a balance due upon registration,
you will be required to pay what your church is not providing. The
remaining amount will be billed to the church included in the registration.

What is included in the
registration?
Camp photo and t-shirt are included in the
registration fee for all youth camps.
